研究领域:

主要研究方向(不限于):

 

1. 肿瘤免疫:运用基于CRISPRn/i(敲出、抑制)高通量体内外筛选平台,运用小鼠体内成瘤模型研究:(1) 肿瘤细胞向淋巴结转移的分子机制; (2) 肿瘤细胞逃逸免疫系统的分子机制; (3) 免疫细胞在肿瘤微环境浸润、激活(失活)的分子机制。

 

2. 肠道微生态在消化道疾病中的功能:运用基于CRISPRn/i(敲出、抑制)高通量体内外筛选平台,(1) 鉴定致病菌作用于宿主细胞的靶点;(2) 解析宿主细胞应答致病菌的分子机制;(3) 探索肠道微生态、肠道免疫、肠道神经和肠细胞的相互作用机制。

 

3.  肿瘤电场治疗研究:在分子、细胞、组织和动物水平,研究不同种类肿瘤对交流可变电场(TTfields)治疗和联合治疗条件下的应答效率及机制。

 

4. 基于CRISPR的检测技术和平台开发基于CRISPR的快速、高效、灵敏和精确的多功能现场诊断方法。
